Gluten-free in the Mount Washington Valley
Every mead on the wall is gluten-free. So are the fries.
Mead is made from honey, water and yeast, so every flight, pour and bottle at Sap House is naturally gluten-free. In the kitchen, our fryolators are completely gluten-free, we keep gluten-free rolls and pasta on hand, and our maple creamees come in gluten-free cones. You don’t have to order around the menu here.
What’s gluten-free at Sap House
Every mead. Flights, pints, cocktails made with our mead, and every bottle in the shop.
The fryer. Our fryolators are completely gluten-free. Everything breaded that goes in is gluten-free, so chicken fingers, wings and our herbed shoestring fries are all safe to order.
Rolls and pasta. Gluten-free rolls for burgers and sandwiches and gluten-free pasta are available; just ask when you order.
The creamery. Maple creamees are gluten-free, and we have gluten-free cones when the creamery is open.
Tell your server
Let us know about a celiac diagnosis or allergy before you order and we will walk you through how each dish is prepared.
Gluten-free travelers
North Conway fills up on weekends and vacation weeks; reserve a table and mention gluten-free in the notes so the kitchen is ready.
